Q: What made you want to be in the poetry contest?
A: I love giving life to poetry. I like to give it life and emotion, it’s not just words on a page.
Q:What was your favourite part of the competition?
A: Even though you’re really nervous, once you get on stage the nerves leave and you get to stare the audience in the eye and be someone else.
Q: Who helped you out through the entire process?
A: Ms. Kosbob stayed afterschool and Mr. Blair helped with interpretation.
