This week has been a busy one for Tuscarora.  There were the dress-up days, hallway decorating, pep rally, and homecoming dance.  Between all these events, many students were still able to find time to compete in multiple games throughout the week.

To kick off the week, the varsity and JV girls’ volleyball teams both won against John Handley High School on Tuesday, September 16 at home.  The JV team won 2-0. Varsity defeated Handley in a close match, winning 3-2.  The following day, the JV team lost in an away game against Heritage High School, 0-2.  The varsity team, however, was able to pull out their second win of the week, defeating the Pride 3-0. Varsity’s current season record is 2-6, with their next game against John Handley again on September 21.
